The Firm

A single attorney, thirteen years in, in one circuit.

Arceri Law is a private law practice in Naples, Florida. It has one attorney and no staff. Everything below is drawn from the public Florida Bar record and from how the practice is actually run — no invented team, no invented case results.

Background

Trained in Naples. Practicing in Naples.

Ave Maria School of Law moved to Naples in 2009 and graduated the class of 2013 there. That means law school and practice have happened in the same market — the same courthouses, the same judges, the same opposing bar. Thirteen years of local practice is worth more in a circuit this size than a longer résumé assembled elsewhere.

Admission to the Florida Bar followed on September 27, 2013. The Bar's record shows no disciplinary history in the past ten years — which, in this case, covers essentially the entire career.

Bar records confirm status and discipline. They do not measure competence or caseload — for that, ask direct questions on the first call, and check Collier County Clerk of Courts records, which are public and searchable by attorney name.

How the practice runs

Four commitments that follow from being one attorney.

You work with the attorney

There is no associate, no paralegal layer, and no intake department. The person who reads your submission is the person who appears in court. That is the practical consequence of a one-attorney firm, and it is the reason to choose one.

A deliberately small caseload

Capacity is finite, so files are accepted selectively. Fewer matters means each one gets the preparation that motion practice and trial actually require, rather than the preparation a crowded docket permits.

Litigation-first posture

The only Bar section carried is Trial Lawyers. Cases are prepared from the outset as though they will be tried, which improves both the settlement position and the outcome if they are not.

Plain answers on cost and odds

You will get a candid read on what a matter is likely to cost, how long it will take, and what the realistic range of outcomes looks like — including when the honest answer is that the claim is not worth pursuing.
